Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of gtmaudit.com and the half-day service described on it. By using the website you accept them. If you and I sign an engagement letter or an NDA, that document takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Using this website
This website describes GTM Audit’s services. The information on it is general. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice on your own situation. I take care to keep it accurate, but I give no warranty that it is complete, current or free of errors.
Please use the website lawfully. Don’t try to gain access to anything you are not meant to see, interfere with how it works, send malicious code or unlawful content through the contact form, or copy the site by automated means.
The text, design and other content on the website belong to Edvard Nore or are used with permission. You may read it and share links to it. Please don’t copy or republish it without asking first. Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, are there for convenience, and I’m not responsible for what those sites contain or how they treat your data.
The half-day
The half-day on a live deal includes preparation. Any further work is scoped in writing before it starts. Nothing is assumed beyond the half-day.
Before we start, we agree in writing what is covered, when it happens, the fee and how it is paid. A message sent through the contact form is an enquiry only, and it does not create a contract.
My work is analysis to help you test a sales plan and decide what to ask management. It is not a guarantee about how a company will perform, and the decision to invest, and on what terms, remains yours. To do the work, I rely on the information you share being accurate and on you having the right to share it.
Confidentiality
Everything is under NDA. I never name clients or deals in public unless you’ve agreed to it in writing, and I only ever work for one side of a deal. What you share with me is used for your engagement only and is never used in another one.
Use of AI tools
I use business accounts where your data stays private and isn’t used to train models. If your fund’s policy rules out AI tools, I work without them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or value of an investment, however it arises. For any one engagement, my total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid me for it. The website and its contents are provided as they are, without warranty, and I am not responsible for losses that follow from using them.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from the website or the service, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the new version applies from the day it is published. Work already agreed in writing continues on the terms in force when we agreed it.
